Our school vision, Empowered Learners Transforming Communities determines the reason our school exists, and underpins the reason we are all here.  At Kingsford School, learners is the term we use for all members of our community; students, staff and our wider whanau.  We believe that when learners are empowered, they have the ability to transform their community for the benefit of all – for their whanau and friends, their neighbours, for all New Zealanders and beyond.
We achieve our school vision through Rapua te Pai – Seek the Best, Find Success. Here at Kingsford we hold the belief that all learners can and will Seek the Best and Find Success.  We persevere to achieve our goals, and we don’t settle for anything less. Our aim is to cause learning that empowers learners to unlock their potential and strive for excellence.
We are a multi-cultural community of learners who communicate with Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga, Whakaute, Hiringa, and Pono. We are curious, collaborative and creative people working together to transform the communities we live and learn in.
